SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 16 Urging the                                                                                  
Governor to designate a location for a special session of the Twenty-                                                           
Ninth Alaska State Legislature, if called after adjournment of the First                                                        
Regular Session of the Twenty-Ninth Alaska State Legislature, that is                                                           
in a community on the state's road system, was read the second time.                                                            
                                                                                                                                
Senator Stoltze, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                               
adoption of the State Affairs Committee Substitute offered on page                                                              
2221. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection. There                                                              
being no further objection, CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT                                                                            
RESOLUTION NO. 16(STA) Urging the Governor to designate a                                                                       
location for a special session of the Twenty-Ninth Alaska State                                                                 
Legislature, if called after adjournment of the Second Regular Session                                                          
of the Twenty-Ninth Alaska State Legislature, that is in a community                                                            
on the state's road system, was adopted.                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
President Meyer stated CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT                                                                                 
RESOLUTION NO. 16(STA) will be considered on the March 30                                                                       
calendar. Without objection, it was so ordered.
